Using your new CISVA e-mail account |

We are now going “live” with the new e-mails for Schools,
Principals, Teacher reps, Pastors and Education Committee
reps. There are 3 ways to access your e-mail:

The simplest and easiest way to use your
CISVA e-mail account is through the webmail interface. Your
e-mail will open in your browser window.
Follow the
 link at the top of any mBoard or
the
 link on the CISVA home page. You may also
simply create a favorite (or bookmark) to the url:
https://secure.rcav.bc.ca/owa in your browser.
Using this option your e-mail can be accessed at any time from any computer
that has internet access.
When the window comes up you will need to enter your
Domain (ARCHDIOCESE), username & password.
Example:
Domain\user name:
ARCHDIOCESE\dlauson
Password: xxxxxxx

Set up your current e-mail program to receive CISVA
e-mails.
The following links offer instructions on how to
setup your CISVA e-mail using Outlook
or Outlook Express or
general settings for another e-mail program.

Have your CISVA e-mail forwarded to another e-mail
address. To do this, the webmaster has to create the
e-mail forward setup. If you would like this option
please fill in the simple form here to tell the
webmaster where you would like your CISVA e-mail forwarded to. (Even when CISVA e-mails are forwarded to your secondary e-mail, they
still exist in your CISVA e-mail account on our servers).

Important note: No matter what system you use to
collect your e-mail, you can always access your e-mail
account through the online webmail interface (#1 above).
